Organizer Notes
NO refunds- If organizer's cancel show, entries can be rolled over to any activity we offer in 2019.
Scratches after closing- entries get rolled over to any event in 2019 ONLY if spot can be filled from wait list.
We love complete entries! Coggins need to be sent with registration or emailed before the closing date.
Food- snacks, water, soda and coffee available for purchase in the upstairs viewing room. Water available for horses.
Rings are on all weather Attwood Equestrian Footing.

Administrative Information
Ride Time: Times will be sent via email and on our FB page on the Wednesday before the show. Please let organizer know any scheduling requests and those that are trailering together on your registration.
Trailer Direction: Please take Crest Hill Rd from Marshal or I-66
or from the South- Take 211 to Leeds Manor Rd to Keyser Rd
Change Policy: Changes are permitted before registration closes.
Refund Policy: No refunds.-
