Ride Better Clinics are open to anyone that wants to better their partnership with their horse in all disciplines! We encourage participants to be open and honest about their strengths and weaknesses.
Clinics are limited to a small group of people to allow enough time for each participant to achieve their personal goals.
Each 2-day clinic include 4 mounted lessons, 2 un-mounted lessons, stall & shavings for $275.00. Stabling is required, and included in the price of the clinic. Auditors welcome!
Initially everyone is started with a private flat lesson. From there, the clinic is tailored to the rider’s needs. Jumping lessons are often in groups. Lellie places her main focus on achieving a safe, balanced, controlled, confident, and fun ride. Each rider has two mounted lessons per day and one un-mounted group session where riders can practice their mechanics without the horse. These un-mounted sessions are hugely beneficial teaching the rider very specifically what parts of their bodies they need to best communicate with their horses.
Lellie is a former four star event rider having competed at Rolex 4 times on three horses. She has produced 10 horses to the advanced level of eventing. Trailer Direction: From Atlanta: I-20 East, exit 22 turn right on Rt. 1, 1 mile turn left on Beaver Dam Rd. At 2nd stop sign, turn left on Cook's Bridge Rd. 6/10 mile turn right on Shaw's Fork Rd. At 3rd stop sign turn left on Rt 302. Paradise Farm is 2nd farm on left.From Columbia, I-20W: Exit 33. Turn left on Rt 39. 4 miles turn right on Short Leaf Rd. 1 mile turn right on New Holland Rd. 8 miles turn left on Shaw's Fork Rd. At 2nd stop sign turn left on Rt 302. Paradise Farm is 2nd farm on left. From Charleston, I-26 N: Exit for Hwy 301 to Orangeburg. In Orangeburg turn on Rt 4 towards Aiken, that merges with Rt. 302. Paradise Farm is on the right, 1 mile past Stiefle Rd.
