You MUST upload your Rider Waiver (available below) AND coggins dated 01/14/18 or newer to complete your entry! Ride times will only be scheduled for complete entries.
Positive judges are scheduled to give a little help post first ride (mini fix-a-test). All tests will be in a 20 x 40 arena except for tests that specify 20 x 60 only.
Organizer Notes
SIGNED RIDER WAIVER (available above) AND CURRENT COGGINS MUST BE UPLOADED TO COMPLETE YOUR ENTRY!
Refunds are permitted before registration closes. Refunds after closing if filled from Waiting List.
Rings: Competition Indoor and Warm-up Indoor (rubber/sand/fiber footing).
Dress: Casual attire, approved helmet required. Please leave your dogs at home.
Ribbons: 1st to 8th place each class, championship ribbon to best score in show.
Coffee and hot chocolate available. Hard surface parking. If driving conditions are hazardous, call the barn phone for cancellation information (301-972-8943).

Administrative Information
Ride Time: Ride times will be emailed by 6 p.m. the Friday before the show. NOTE: Only COMPLETE entries (i.e., those that include an UPLOADED Rider Waiver/Entry form, UPLOADED coggins dated 01/14/18 or newer, and payment) will be scheduled a ride time(s). If you have trouble uploading your form or coggins, please email to secretary@basculefarm.com 
Trailer Direction: LOCATION: 1 mile outside Poolesville on Route 107 towards Whites Ferry. Watch for speed cameras on Routes 107 and 109 especially into/out of Poolesville! DIRECTIONS: From Leesburg: North on Route 15. Turn right at light “White's Ferry Road” and go across Whites Ferry (toll). We are approx.. 5 miles from Ferry, exactly 1 mile on right past Edwards Ferry Road. From SOUTH: West on route 28 to left on Route 107 (to Poolesville). At 4 way stop in Poolesville go straight and we are exactly 1 mile on left. From NORTH: South/east on Route 85 which turns into route 28. Stay on Route 28 to Route 109 (light at Beallsville Rd) go right onto 109. At 4 way stop in Poolesville turn right and we are exactly 1 mile on left.
