RIDERS, IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL:
Please understand that this clinic is exclusive and limited. If you are not able to ride, for some reason or other, then please make sure to find someone to fill your spot. PAYING FOR THE CLINIC:
All Riders and Auditors must pre-pay, via this website. Once you've paid and we receive payment confirmation, then your space is booked. Until then, it is still available for anyone to book.
If you have any trouble paying, for any reason, then please e-Mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
There will be no refunds for no-shows or for anyone who has to cancel, within 60 days of the clinic. If a rider needs to cancel, once the rider has already paid, then the rider should find another rider to take their place. Please notify us if this is the case, so that we can process the substitution. Substitutions will incur a $100 administrative fee.
Note: We love dogs, and even still, no dogs will be allowed, so please leave your little friends at home.
