Don’t Wine About it: Rider Biomechanics #2

By popular demand, this clinic is being offered two weekends in a row!

Learn how rider biomechanics affect the horse in your one hour private lesson with USDF Bronze Medalist Ally Schultz.

We will focus on balance, rhythm, and elasticity in your body and your horses, using a multitude of different exercises, which can be customized to dressage or jumping.

You can choose to spend your first 20 minutes of your ride on the lunge line to better understand biomechanics without worrying about the horse.

Wine (or hot apple cider) will be provided after each lesson to all participants!

This clinic is perfect for all levels of riders and horses of all disciplines.

Horses are available for use on a limited basis.
