We welcome and encourage non USEA members to attend as well. Enjoy a fun and educational evening learning more about the area and the sport. There will be a drawing for a horse trial entry, which Catalpa Corner has generously donated, for all first-time new members who sign up at the meeting.


DINNER DETAILS:
Reservation includes your choice of Chicken, Salmon or Vegetarian dinner entree. Cash bar available.

Pan Seared Chicken Forestiere:
Rosemary Roasted Chicken Breast Supreme, wild mushroom demi-glace, carmelized onion with a hint of Madeira wine, white and wild rice blend, roasted root vegetables, parsnip, carrot, onion, turnip, purple potato, fresh baked bread, Johnny's family style salad. Cofffee and hot tea

Honey Madeira Glazed Salmon:
Shitake mushrooms, black sesame seed, zucchinii pearls, haricots vert with toasted almonds, a chef's selectionof seasonal vegetables, fresh backed bread, Johnny's family style salad. Coffee and hot tea.

Vegetarian option to be announced.
