Pre entry and payment required for Combined Tests AND Dressage. Pre entry and payment encouraged for Jumping Round classes, though not required. Refunds full entry fee, minus $25.00 office fee for withdraws after closing date WITH proof from Vet for horse or Doctor for rider that entered combination may not compete for a valid reason. Proof must be submitted within 48 hours of the end competition day via email or in person. All other withdraws no refund.

IF more than 10 entries per class, management reserves the right to split class based on Jr/YR, AA, Pro, Horse and/Rider. Classes may run out of order based on entries. All dressage tests in the standard arena, unless entries warrant changing to a small arena for appropriate tests. Dressage on sand, show jumping and all warm up on grass.

Ride times are assigned. Please include special requests with entry. Management will do their best to accommodate requests as schedule permits.

ALL entries to be complete by early bird discount date to receive reduced entry fee. All paper work and entry information must be in hand on closing date to avoid a late fee. MUST have:
Completed Entry form
Payment check payable to Virtue Stables LLC or Credit card payment
Negative coggins within 1 year of show date
Liability waiver signed by ALL parties (maybe found on www.virtuestablesllc.com under show page)
FEES:
Combined Test $70.00 per entry/level (early entry fee $60.00, EE)
Dressage Tests $25.00 per test (early entry fee $20.00, EE)
Jumping rounds (other than the included combined test round) $20.00 each
Late fee: $20.00, to avoid late fee all entry information complete, coggins and payment IN HAND before or on closing date.
Change of rider/horse: within 7 days of competition no fee, after that $5.00 per change
$25.00 office fee on all withdrawn entries after closing date.
$35.00 fee on all returned checks or payments
3.3% processing fee added to all credit card payments

Attire: Helmets required for anyone mounted. Proper show attire is requested though proper schooling attire will be accepted. Jumping phases safety vests are recommended, though not required. Arm bands for jumping phases are recommended.

PLACINGS
EACH SHOW Date: Classes ribbons 1st through 6th place.

SERIES END: Must show at minimum 3 shows. Each division/level for Dressage and Combined Test Champion and Reserve Champion ribbons plus ribbons 3rd through 5th overall standing. Based on the average of top 3 scores throughout the series within the same level.

Overall Dressage and Combined Test combined: Must show at minimum 3 shows in the series.
