Hawley Bennett - Awad is a proven international event rider who competed for Canada at the 2004 (on LIvingston) and 2012 (on the ever popular Gin & Juice) Summer Olympics and in many international competitions including earning team silver at the 2011 Pan American Games. She is a USEA ICP Level IV instructor who is friendly, clear and has a deep tool box to meet each rider and horse way of developing. She's great with riders and horses of all levels and clinic is open to riders Elementary through Preliminary.

Saturday will be footwork and show jumping. Sunday will be cross country (in the ring and on our schooling xc course - with banks, water, ditch etc).

Sets will be 3-4 riders each and 75 min long. Riders will be matched by level or you may request whom you ride with. All horses and riders should be at least solid elementary/beginner novice level up through prelim/intermediate.

Limited stabling available - please bring own shavings, hay etc. On site wash stalls, may be able to arrange short turnout. On call vet and farrier.

Auditors welcome and encouraged $30/weekend or $20/day. No dogs please.

Administrative Information

  • Ride Time: Ride times will be posted via True North Farm FB page the week preceding the event, on our website at www.truenortheventing.com and may also be emailed to participants.
  • Trailer Direction: Take the Sagamore bridge onto Cape Cod, MA. Follow Route 6 east to Exit 10 (Harwich). Follow the exit ramp and onto Rt. 124 south a very short distance to the 4 way stop/light. Turn right at the light onto Queen Anne Rd and proceed about 1/2 mile until you pass the bike path. You will then see True North Farm on your left. Trailers should enter the driveway just past the indoor arena and farm sign. Trailers should come inside the farm gate to unload. All cars should park outside the gate and walk in. It is a very easy drive with trailers - all highway.
