Join Dedication Dressage Farm LLC for a clinic on July 29, 2016 with German-born and trained dressage rider Silva Martin.
Each rider will have 45 minutes of private instruction, with ride times scheduled from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Silva is a successful competitor and sought-after trainer and coach. Tall, athletic and elegant in the saddle, Silva is a tough competitor. But she is also down to earth, approachable, and relates well to people, making her a superb coach. She is happy to impart her knowledge to students of any level.
A capable rider of many types of horses, Silva has won awards with Warmbloods and Off-the-track Thoroughbreds, through the Grand Prix level. She is particularly talented with developing young horses and bringing them up through the levels.
Silva’s success at major US competitions includes Dressage at Devon; the GAIG and CBLM Finals; at regional and national championships, and on the Wellington Florida circuit. With her homebred mare Rosa Cha W, Silva represented the US in team competition, helping win Team Gold in the Nations Cup competition at the 2014 CDIO Wellington.
Silva’s solid education in dressage training includes having passed her Bereiters exam at the German Riding School in Warendorf with an “excellent” mark. Her background also includes apprenticeships with noted horsemen Paul Beck, Rudolf Zeilinger and Hubertus Schmidt. More recently, Silva articipated in high performance training sessions with US Chef d’Equipe Robert Dover as they work to move up to the Grand Prix level.
Silva and her husband Boyd Martin, a member of the US Eventing Team, own and operate their farm Windurra in Cochranville, PA. Silva’s current sponsors include Ariat, Charles Owen, Stubben Custom Saddles, Ecogold, Purina, Shires, Smartpak, Middy N Me and Attwood Equestrian Surfaces.
Dedication Dressage Farm routinely hosts some of the top clinicians in dressage, to include Linda Zang and Silva Martin. The facility includes excellent care, an bright and airy indoor Olympic size dressage arena with dust-free IGK footing, equipped with ceiling fans, viewing deck, wonderful turnout, exercise track, and more.
Audits are welcome! $20.00 fee includes light lunch.
All clinic riders are welcome to use our indoor hot/cold wash stall.

Your clinic slot is non-refundable; if you are unable to attend, you are responsible for finding another rider to fill in.
We have a wait list but there is no guarantee.

Changes are permitted but are the sole responsibility of the rider. Changes involving riders and horses are permitted as long as release, Coggins, and vaccination record of EHV-1 are submitted prior. No time changes are permitted after the clinic schedule has been published.
