XC Schooling at its best July 18-25, 2016 at Maryland Horse Trials! Join us for a rare opportunity to school over the Maryland Horse Trials competition course. With amazing new jumps and water complexes built in 2016, this is not to be missed!
MDHT offers outstanding footing & XC options such as Water, Banks, Corners, Ditches for all levels... We have beginner novice, novice, training and preliminary, as well as 1* 2* and Intermediate jumps.
**Please register via Event Clinics & attach MDHT Release/Coggins to entry.
Specify what time/day you plan to school in the Note to Organizer so gates stay open!**
The cost is $75 per horse and rider combination for the competition course (limited availability) or $50 per horse and rider combination for the lower schooling course which has many intro and elementary jumps.
Want to bring a group? Specify the # of riders AND **Expected Schooling Day/Time** in your Note to Organizer so we can plan accordingly. Thanks!

For bonus points: Add signed MDHT release and Coggins to your Event Clinics registration.:)
Riders must wear an ASTM/SEI approved helmet and body protector. A medical armband is recommended.
--Riders may NOT school alone.
-- All signed forms and payment must be submitted BEFORE you take your horse off the trailer, or you will be excused from the course!
Secure your spot with a complete reservation as soon as possible! After entry, EventClinics Members can electronically upload additional documents to their entries if needed. Alternatively you can email Coggins/Loch Moy Liability Release to mdhorsetrials@gmail.com.
--Ground conditions sometimes dictate the use of studs. We strongly suggest you bring them along and check footing prior to beginning your schooling.

Trailer Direction: From Washington D.C.--Approximate distance: 40 milesFrom Route 495, take Route 270 North, towards Frederick. Continue on Rt. 270 N, approximately 26 miles, to Exit 26 for Route 80 West, Buckeystown/Urbana. Turn right off the exit ramp, circling under Rt. 270 and continue on Rt. 80 W, approximately 1.5 miles to Park Mills Road on the left. Turn left onto Park Mills Rd. and continue straight for approximately 5.8 miles to the entrance on the right.
